I look at this team and see a boat load of talent without direction. Wade Phillips is a nice guy who apparently cannot control the team. Teams need a leader, this Cowboys team REALLY needs a leader. Wade can’t do it so find someone who can, Jerry.

I started this blog to vent my frustrations over the continuing saga of the Dallas Cowboys blow-ups due to inept management. Like many fans I have come to the conclusion that the biggest obstacle to success is the GM. If the owner weren’t the GM, the owner would have fired this GM years ago for piss poor results. So, Jerry, FIRE THE GM!  Get someone in here that knows what he is doing and go back to the owner’s box. The only other owner fool enough to do what you are doing is Al Davis…. enough said about that!
